With over 11 years of experience as an ICU Registered Nurse and a background as a licensed esthetician, I founded Cinova Aesthetics to bridge the gap between medical safety and aesthetics wellness.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please come to your appointment with no makeup on, if possible. Also, please remove all jewelry. For chemical peels or microneedling, you will be asked to stop retinoids and avoid sun exposure 7 days prior.

Is there any downtime or recovery?

After a regular facial, there isn't any downtime. We recommend no makeup for the first 24hrs so your skin can absorb the treatment's benefits. However, for chemical peels and more advanced facials, you will need 1 week to recover.

Do you offer mobile or concierge services?

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time. You may reschedule your appointment up to two times. After the second reschedule, the original deposit will be forfeited, and a new appointment must be booked from the start.

What are the payment methods?
